MAY
COLLABORATIVE
Services
Site Evaluation/Feasibility
Provides meaningful guidance, when paired with preliminary design and programming, of whether to complete a specific property purchase or not. This process will give the client an understanding of primary scope of work associated with a project’s site development and determination of the appropriateness to support the intended use.
Programming
Used to identify the scope of work envisioned to be designed. Programming outlines specific site and building requirements and relationships, both objective and subjective.
Master Planning
Consists of assessing existing conditions, proposed use through a time period, and relationships such as social settings, natural surroundings and functional use between buildings and features throughout the site. Master plans include analysis, proposed site layouts, and project phasing.
Building Design
Synthesis of information gathered, providing building plans and project imaging to be further refined through documents required for permitting and construction. The instruments of service developed during design provide common ground between Owner, Architect, and Contractor.
